Landscape Lighting FAQs
Low-voltage or line-voltage — which is better?
Low-voltage systems are efficient and easy to expand, which makes them great for most landscape lighting. Line-voltage lighting is brighter and better for security lights and large areas, but it has to run in buried conduit. We'll recommend the right mix for your property.
Are solar lights a good option?
They're inexpensive, but most don't put out enough light to be useful and they tend to wear out quickly — especially in shady yards. A wired system lasts far longer and looks much better.
